International Day Of Persons with Disabilities
Today, the world unites to celebrate the dignity, rights, and potential of persons with disabilities. At A Hand to the Disabled (H2D), we believe disability is not inability and remain committed to building an inclusive society where everyone has equal opportunities.
This year’s theme calls for breaking barriers and promoting accessibility, equity, and participation. As H2D, we continue to:
Advocate for accessible environments,
Empower persons with disabilities through skills and opportunities,
Raise awareness against stigma, and
Support families and caregivers.
On this day, we call on government, partners, and communities to work with us in advancing inclusion. Together, we can create a future where no one is left behind.
